Our Story
Our Vision
Our vision is a Kenya where every child has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances. We envision a future where schools are safe havens for learning, where access to clean water and proper sanitation is a basic right, where girls are empowered to pursue their education free from the threat of forced marriages and harmful cultural practices, and where every child has the support they need to pursue their dreams.
Our Mission
Our mission is to instigate real change, engaging children as ambassadors of our cause to elevate societal standards and promote a culture of health and cleanliness that lacked in the founders’ childhood. Our mission is aligned with Sustainable Global Goal 6: Ensure access to water and sanitation for all.
Our Story
Our dedication to environmental protection and community empowerment is recognized and highly valued by County governments and other local platforms, motivating us to continue making a positive impact.
What Sets Us Apart
Comprehensive Holistic Approach
Unlike traditional interventions that may focus solely on one aspect of WASH, such as providing clean water, we recognize the interconnectedness of water, sanitation, and hygiene and address them collectively. By adopting this approach, we ensure that not only do children have access to safe drinking water, but also hygienic sanitation facilities and education on proper hygiene practices.
Focus on Safety and Management
We understand that simply providing WASH infrastructure is not enough; it must be managed effectively to ensure its sustainability and continued impact. Therefore, we not only install water and sanitation facilities but also implement robust management systems to maintain their functionality and safety over time. We manage wastewater for clean groundwater, essential for maintaining safe water sources in schools.
Empowering Communities for Sustainable Change
We work closely with local schools, government agencies, NGOs, and community members to ensure that our interventions are culturally sensitive, environmentally sustainable, and financially feasible.
