Our journey to a transformative WASH system for school children
Since 2017, Grace Foundation Trust has worked tirelessly to improve the lives of children in underserved communities by providing access to safely managed water, sanitation and wastewater systems in local schools.
Established with the vision of creating equal opportunities for all children, Grace Foundation Trust was born out of grassroots efforts to address the pressing challenges of inadequate toilets, lack of water and effective sludge management in schools.
Our founders, led by Grace Karanja, know from personal experience that clean school environments and safe learning spaces are essential for improved mental and physical health, academic performance and growth.
As a faith-based organisation, we apply christian values as the benchmark for the desired impact of improvement and transformation.
Our dedication to environmental protection and community empowerment is recognized and highly valued by County governments and other local platforms, motivating us to continue making a positive impact.
